Day 224!

Good weather and a satisfying 10 km run followed by Red Bull!

Day 224!

5.40-7 am: 10 km run

7.15 am: Red bull

8.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, flax seed and 1 kothali kela

10.30 am: Poha

12 noon: Tea

2.30 pm: Rice, kali dal

4.45 pm: 2 kachori, sabji

6 pm: Tea

8 pm: 1/2 samosa, 1 sweet, 2 bites of bhindi phulka

25000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed early!
