Day 242!

Hot morning, good workout and a satisfying day!

Day 242!

5.30 am: 1 date

5.45-6.50 am: 2.5 km run + strength training 

8.15 am: 1 paratha, achar, tea

9.45 am: Overnight soaked 25 gm high protein oats with 1 kothali kela, honey, flax seed, cocoa powder, peanut butter

11.30 am: Tea, some bites of muri

1 pm: 'No sugar' kulfi

2 pm: Bel sharbat without sweetner

3 pm: Rice, green moong dal, aloo gobi. rajma

5 pm: Amras without sugar

8.30 pm: 2 phulka, matar paneer

7500 steps, 1.5 litres of water and in bed by 10 pm!
