Day 228!

Scorching sun, super hot weather and a solid 3.60 km run at a pace of 7km/hr! This was followed by cardio + strength of 30 minutes! Hit the gym to do 20-25 minutes of rehab for my shoulder and elbow!

Day 228!

5.30 am: 1 date

6-7 am: On ground training with3.6 km run

7.30-8 am: Rehab at gym

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, flax seed and 1 kothali kela

9 am: 1/2 cup tea

11.30 am: Moth masala

12.45 pm: Mini cake slice

2 pm: Rice, green dal, cabbage

2.45 pm: Cheese corn cutlet

 4 pm: Black coffee

9.45 pm: Rice, soyabesn curry, green dal

14200 steps, 1.5-2 litres of water and little late to bed!
