Today was an indulgent day throughout and a 'cheat day and not a 'cheat meal' It was intense morning workout session in extreme heat followed by a chilled out day!
Day 237!
5.30 am: 1 slice papaya
5.50-6.50 am: 3.40 km run followed by strength training
8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop whey protein, black raisins, flax seed, 1 kothalim kela, 1 spoon curd
10.30 am: Tea, 2 kachori, sabji
1.30 pm: Lunch of kulcha garlic naan, black dal, kadhai paneer, kulfi
5.30 pm: Tea
8 pm: Sweet
9.45 pm: Ghugni, paneer, sweet, mango
11,800 steps, 1.5 litres of water and little late to bed!
