Day 227!

Suffering from a tennis elbow since last few months and have also got a sprain in the shoulders. So have been skipping gym for some time! Today went for a 7 km walk followed by 30 minutes of rehab at the gym for the elbow and the shoulder!

Day 227!

5.30 am: 1 date

5.52-7.15 am: 7 km walk

7.20-7.55 am: Gym

8.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, flax seed and 1 kothali kela

9 am: Tea

11 am: Black coffee

1 pm: Rice, soyabean curry

3.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs

7 pm: 1/4 cup tea

7.30 pm: 2roti, aloo pyaz, parwal sabji

15500 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed by 10 pm!
