Day 233!

Another morning, another opportunity to work towards fitness and another day of making more efforts!
A 3 km run followed by 30 minutes of cardio and strength training!

Day 233!

5.30 am: 1 slice of papaya

5.50-6.50 am: 3 km run + cardio and strength

8.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, kothali kela, flax seed

9.15 am: Tea

12.45 pm: 2 moong dal chilla and green chutney

1.15 pm: 1 paw (without butter) and bhaji

3 pm: Black coffee

4.45 pm: A small slice of cake

8.45 pm: Rice, green moong dal, toru

11000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
