Day 230!

It was a Saturday morning and I had a glass of warm water and a slice of papaya and hit the ground. 3 km of solid run followed by 30 mins of yoga and then rehab session at the gym!

Day 230!

5.30 am: Date

5.50-7 am: Run + Yoga

7.15 am: Tea+ biscuit

7.30-8 am: Rehab at the gym

8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, falx seed and 1 kothali kela

11.30 am: 1 papaya paratha, 1 ajwain paratha, achar, tea

2.30 pm: 1 bhatura, chola

5 pm: Tea

5 pm onwards- Mother's day celebration at Bunny's tution followed by a get-together with cousins

11.800 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed little late.
