Day 223!

Was feeling a little lazy but then got up and hit the ground! Did a solid 3 km run at a good pace followed by 45 minutes of yoga!

Day 223!

5.30 am: A glass of warm water + 1 date

5.45-7 am: Run + yoga

7.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, 1 kothali kela, black raisins, flax 
seed

8.30 am: Tea

11 pm: Upma, tea

1.45 pm: Rice, dal saag, gobi, cucumber

5.30 pm: Tea

8 pm: Peanuts

9.30 pm: 1/2 cheese sandwich

18000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
