With injuries all over, went for a 6.5 km walk followed by 20 minutes of rehab at the gym!
Day 229!
5.45 am: 1 date
6-7.10 am: 6.5 km walk
7.40-8 am: Rehab at the gym
8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, flax seed and 1 kothali kela
9.45 am: Tea
1 pm: Rice, arhar dal and aloo parwal
4.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs
9.45 pm: Chana dal Rice, , dal, bhindi, karela
24,800 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
