It was crazy hot and humid and the 10 kms in the morning seemed like eternity. Not only did it kill me then, but sucked away every ounce of my energy for the day!
Day 238!
5 am: 1 date
5.30-6.50 am: 10 km run
8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop whey protein, black raisins, flax seed, 1 kothali kela
11.30 am: Upma, tea
2.15 pm: Rice, black dal, aloo parwal, mango
5.30 pm: Tea, oats cookies
8 pm: Rice, ghugni, bhindi
20,700 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
