Day 235!

A good 2.65 km run followed by 45 minutes of HIIT! Good morning to start with!

Day 235!

5.30 am: A slice of papaya

5.45 - 7 am: 2.65 km run + HIIT

7.15 am: Tea with the team

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon dahi, flax seed, 1 kothali kela

12 noon: A piece of white chocolate

12.45 pm: Rice. yellow moong dal, karela sabji

4 pm: Black coffee

5.15 pm: Bajra mix (was feeling famished)

7 pm: Shared paneer tikka and chole bhature

7000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
