Day 222!

Beautiful morning after heavy rain! Hit Salt Lake Stadium and did a 6 km ramp run and ran 30 ramps! Exhausting but so awesome! A small treat after that and morning wa ssorted!

Day 222!

5.30 am: 2 dates

6 am-6.50 am: 6 km ramp run

7,30 am: 1 single kachori, 1/4 malai toast, 1/4 bread toast, tea

11.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, 1 kothali kela, flaxseed

2.15 am: Purnamasi prasad, rice, lal chana, karela sabji

5.30 pm: Tea

7 pm: 1 radhaballavi aloo dum, some chowmien and some dessert

9.30 pm: Chips and chocolate

17500 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
