Crazy heat and crazy workout! Soul is crying and heart is pounding out still!
Day 240!
5.30 am: A slice of papaya
5.40-6.50 am: 3.5 km run followed by 40 minutes of HIIT
7.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 spoon curd, flax seed, black raisins, 1 kothali kela
9.15 am: 1 vegetable sandwich + Tea
11.30 am" Miniscule cup of coffee
1.15 pm: Rice, lal chana, pattagobi
7 pm: 1idli, 1 vada, chutney sambar, puchka
13500 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed by10 pm!
