Day 236!

Went for a 6.5 k  walk and jog followed by 30 mins of rehab and light mobility at the gym.

Day 236!

5.45 am: A slice of papaya

6-7 am: 6.5 km (Run + walk)

7.30-8 am: Rehab at the gym

9.15 am: Tea

1.30 pm: Rice, soyabean sabji

3.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs + healthy laddoo

7 pm: Supper at a cafe with fruits, sauteed veggies, tea, 1/2 cheese toast etc.

9 pm:1  cup milk

16,500 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
