Day 232!

Got up little later than usual and went for a 4 km run! Hit the gym after ages (beyond rehab) and did legs workout to give rest to my hand!

Day 232!

6.15 am: Papaya

6.30-7 am: 4 km run

7.15-8.10 am: Legs (gym)

8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, 1 kothali kela, flax seed 

10 am: Tea

12.15 pm: 1 papaya paratha

2 pm: Rice, mixed dal, aloo parwal

6.30 pm: 3 bites of jhuri bhaja (was too hungry at the hospital)

7.30 pm: Tea

8.15 pm: Rice, gobi sabji, matart sabji and 1 mango

13,000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
