Day 243!

 Late morning but moved out to work out-run followed by gym!

Day 243!

6.30 am: 1 slice papaya

6.45-7.10 am: 3 km run

7.15-8.10 am: Rehab + cardio

9.45 am: 25gm high protein oats + tea

11.30 am: 2 boiled eggs

12 noon: Coffee

1.30 pm: Rice, soyabean curry

5.30 pm: Tea, little upma, 1 paw

8 pm: Rice, dal, toru, 2 pieces of mango, 2 bites of roti with bhindi

10,500 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
