5.50-6.20 am: 3.75 km run
6.20-6.50 am: Strength training
7.30 am: Tea
9 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 kothali kela, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, black raisins, flax seed + tea
12.30 pm: Rice, ghugni
1 pm: Cake slice
3.30 pm: Moth
5 pm: Momos + black coffee
8.45 pm: 2 phulka, ghugni, paneer, toru
15000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed in time!
