Day 244!

A fresh morning with good sleep and adequate rest! 4 km of solid run followed by yoga and stretching!

Day 244!

5.30 am: 1 date

5.40- 7 am: 4 km run + yoga

7.30 am: Tea

8.30 am: 25 gm high protein oats

11.30 am: 2 papaya paratha, tea

1.15 pm: Chach

2.45 pm: Rice, chole, few bites of mango, some ice cream

5.30 pm: Tea

8.15 pm: Lassi

9.15 pm: Dal, chawal

14000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and in bed on time!
