Day 221!

A beautiful weather and what a joy to train in the same! 4 km of interval run, followed by 30 minutes of strength training! Skipped gym so as not to over train!

Day 221!

5.45-6.45 am: Run + strength training

8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 spoon curd, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 kothali kela, black raisins and flax seed

9 am: Tea

11.15 am: Nuts

12.45 pm: Rice, moong dal, aloo gobi

2.15 pm: Kalakand

4.30 pm: Black coffee

6 pm: Sprouts

10 pm: Rice, dal, baigan bharta

15000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed little late!
