Bunny's school re-opened today and I reached ground for the last 20 minutes of HIIT! Hit the gym post that and did upper body after almost 2 months!
Day 253!
6.30-6.50 am: HIIT
7.15 am: Tea
9 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, flaxseeds, 1 kothali kela
12.45 pm: Rice, mixed dal, lauki
4 pm: Luchi aloodum, lassi, bun maska
8.30 pm: Sauteed paneer, 2 slices mango
14,200 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
