Day 257!

 Off to Bangkok for a week for a workshop and short halt to workouts and food routine! Was served Thai food most of the time and though protein and veggie rich, I failed to enjoy it unfortunately! Now back home and re-starting the routine as if I had never gone!

Day 257!

6.50-7.15 am: 3 km run

7.25-8.20 am: Muscle endurance (gym)

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, 5 badam, 1 kothali kela

10 am'; 1 sattu paratha, aloo sabji, tea

11.30 am: 1 black tea

1.30 pm: Rice, lal chana, gobi aloo sabji

5 pm: 2 boiled eggs

8.30 pm: 2 phulka, paneer sabji

13,200 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
