A good 6.75 km walk followed by 50 minutes of cardio. Humid and hot but after a break, I was more than keen to get back on track! Sweaty and happy!
Day 247!
5.45 am: Date
5.50-7 am: 6,45 km walk
7.15-8.05 am: Cardio (Gym)
8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela, flaxseed and 1 scoop plant protein
9.30 am: Tea
11.45 am: Apple + kala jamun
12.45 pm: Rice, red chana, toru, dahi+ 1 cookie
4.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs
9.30 pm: Rice, dal, gobi, purnamasi ka prasad
21000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
