Last morning before the school reopens. Went for a 7 km walk and ended up having dabbawala idli!
Day 251!
5.40 am: 1 date
5.50-7 am: Walk
7.15 am: 2 idli, chutney
8.30 am: Tea
9.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 kothali kela, flax seed, curd, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins
1.45 pm: Rice, rajma, mixed veg, dahi
5.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs + mango
7.30 pm onwards: Dinner at British Commissioner
16,500 steps, 2 litres of water and late to bed!
