5.30 am: Date
6-6.45 am: 5.5 km run+2 km walk
8 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 kothali kela, black raisins, curd, mixed seeds + tea
10.15 am: Luchi + aloo dum
2.45 pm: Fafad poori, aloo sabji, a slice of cake, puff
5 pm: 2 boiled eggs
7 pm: 1 bowl arhar dal, mango
20,500 steps, 2 litre sf water and off to bed on time!
