6.15 am: Date
6.30-7 am: Strength training
7.20-8.05 am: Upper body (gym)
8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, 1 spoon curd, mixed seeds, 5 badam, 1 kothali kela
9 am: Tea
1 pm: Rice, lobia, mixed veg
5 pm: Sauteed paneer
8 pm: Street food with Varun (a rare occasion)
4200 steps only, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
