Day 246!

A complete off mode for a week! Back to the grill today!

Day 246!

5.45-7 am: 2.60 km run, 30 minutes of strength training

9.30 am: 2 chilla, tea

12 noon: Coffee, 2 biscuits, 1 little piece of cake

2.15 pm: Rice, yellow moong dal, palak mooli saag

4.30 pm: Vegetable roll

7.30 pm: Liquor tea, chana, 1 cookie, kaju

10.30 pm: 2 phulka, kumbra sabji, 2 slice mango

14000+ steps, 2 litres of water and late to bed!
