5.45-7 am: 2.32 km run, Yoga & stretching
7.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 kothali kela, black raisins, curd, 1 scoop plant protein
9 am: Dal paratha, achar, Tea
2.30 pm: Dal, lala chana, dahi
5 pm: Tea, Rusk biscuit
8 pm: Khitchdi, patta gobi
11,000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
