Day 248!

Got up with great difficulty as the body is still tired and needs sleep.  Went for a 2.60 km run followed by 40 minutes of HIIT! Dead and tired!

Day 248!

5.45 am: 1 date

5.50-7 am: 2.60 km run + HIIT

8.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 kothali kela, black raisins, flax seed, curd and 1 scoop plant protein

9.30 am: 2 idli, chutney + tea

12.45 pm: Rice, green moong dal, gobi, fries

3.45 pm: 1 dal paratha + tea

5.30 pm: Chach

7.30 pm: Black tea, tal makhana

9.30 pm: Rice, green dal, aloo pyaz

15000+ steps, 2 litres of water and late to bed!
