Day 262!

A 6.5 km walk, followed by 1.5 km run and 15 minutes of activation at the gym! Morning sorted!

Day 262!

6 am: Date

6 am-7.10 am: 6.0 km walk

7.30 - 7.45 am: 15 min activation at gym

7.45-7.55 am: 1.5 km run

8 am: Tea

9.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela

1 pm: Rice, mixed dal, aloo dum

3.15 pm: 2 boiled eggs

4.30 pm: Coffee

6.15 pm: Tea

7.30 pm: Rice, ghugni, toru, bhindi

9.30 pm: Amras

21,000 steps, 2.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
