9.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela
1 pm: Rice, mixed dal, aloo dum
3.15 pm: 2 boiled eggs
4.30 pm: Coffee
6.15 pm: Tea
7.30 pm: Rice, ghugni, toru, bhindi
9.30 pm: Amras
21,000 steps, 2.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
