Day 251!

 A 10 km run on a hot humid day! 

Day 251!

5.15 am: Date

5.40-7 am: 10 km run

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats,1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, 1 kothali kela, curd, flax seed

11 am: Tea

12.30 pm: Tea

2.30 pm: Rice, rajma

6 pm: Tea, 1 ruks, 1 small slice dry cake

8.30 am: 2 tikki, aamras

20,000 steps, 2 litres of water and late to bed!
