Day 265

Saturday and Sunday were good training days but also lot of food indulgence! Back to routine today!

Day 265!

6.15 am: 1 date

6.40 - 7 am: 2.5 km run

7.45 am: Sattu drink

8-8.45 am: SBD (Gym) 

9.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 banana, black raisins, 5 badam, mixed seeds, 1/2 scoop plant protein+tea

12 noon: Coffee

1.30 pm: Rice, ghugni, aloo beans +cake

4.45 pm: Tacos

7.30 pm: Dinner at wedding!

15,000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed late!
