Day 256!

The weather was better than the previous days and I went for a good 4 km run! Then hit the gym and did 20 minutes of activation followed by 47 minutes of 'leg day' at the gym!

Day 256!

6.35-7.10 am: 4 km run

7.15-8.20 am: Leg day

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela, 5 almonds

9.15 am: Tea

1.15 pm: Rice, dal, soyabean

5.30 pm: Black coffee + 2 boiled eggs

8.30 pm: 2 phulka, paneer sabji

9000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
