Day 263!

A super humid morning but could hit the ground well on time as it was Bunny's school holiday! A solid 2.5 km run followed by a energetic 30 minute HIIT! Morning well sorted!

Day 263!

5.30 am: Date

5.40-7 am: 2.5 km run, 30 minutes HIIT

7.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, a scoop of plant protein, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela

9 am: 1 idli, chutney, 1/4 dosa, tea

12.30 pm: Rice, soyabean curry

2 pm: Black tea

3.15 pm: Masala muri

5.30 pm: Greek yoghurt with seeds

7.30 pm: Rice, soyabean, gobi, 2 slice mango

10500 steps, 2.5 litres of water and off to bed very early!
