Started the morning with a 10 km run! Humid and killing weather but run to karna hi tha na!

5.30 am: Date
5.45-7 am: 10 km run
8.15 am: 25 hm high protein oats
8.45 am: 1/2 vegetable sandwich, tea
11 am: 2 dal paratha, achar, tea
2.30 pm: Rice, rajma
6 pm: Tea
8 pm: Rice, gobi, mango
25,000 steps, 2 litres of water and in bed on time!
