Day 255!

Went for 20 minutes of strength training on the ground then hit the gym but left after 5 minutes! Was feeling very tired!

Day 255!

6.30-6.50 am: Strength training on the ground

7.30 am: Tea

9.45 am: Vermicelli + tea

2 pm: Rice, yellow dal, gobi sabji

3.30 pm: Black coffee

8.30 pm: Chole bhature, sauteed paneer

10,400 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
