6.15 am: Date
6.30-6.50 am: Strength training on ground
7.05-7.55 am: Upper body at gym
8. 15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 kothali kela, black raisins, 5 badam
9.15 am: Tea
11.15 am: Guava
12.30 pm: Rice, ghugni, kumra sabji
4 pm: Millet chiki +black tea
7.30 pm: Rice, dal, karela, mango
9.30 pm: Cake+sweets
9,000 steps. 2 litres of water and late to bed!
