Day 250!

A 2.5 km run followed by 30 minutes of yoga and then the birthday treat! Morning sorted!

Day 250!

5.30 am: Date

5.50-6.50 am: 2.5 km run + yoga 

7.30 am: 2 idli, chutney, sambar + tea

10.30 am: Tea

11.15 am: 2 kachori, sabji

3 pm: Rice, arhar dal, bhindi', mago

6.15 am: Tea+ 1 rusk

8. pm: 1/2 burger. cake

1.5 litres of water, 9000 steps and in bed on time!
