Day 254!

A super humid morning. Managed a 3 km run with great difficulty! Hit the gym for strength training!

Day 254!

6.45-7.10 am: 3 km run

7.20-8.10 am: Strength Training

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, 5 almonds, 1 kothali kela

9.15 am: Tea

10.45 am: Vegetable vermicelli + Coffee

1.30 pm: Rice, soyabean curry

5 pm: 2 boiled eggs + chach

8.30 pm: 2 phulka, paneer, mango

14,200 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
