International Yoga Day! A very early morning and a long day with Sunderkand path later!
Day 259!
6.15-7 am: 1 km run, 50 minutes of yoga
8.30 am: Tea
4 pm: Tea
8.30 pm: Samosa
9.30 pm: Chawal, kali dal, aloo bharta
6700 steps, 1 litre of water and was unable to sleep till very late!
