Got up feeling super tired and sore and planned to call it a 'Rest Day'. The heart, however, won over the head and I went for a 6 km run followed by 55 minutes of upper body strength training! Awesome start to the day!
Day 267!
6.15 am: Date
6.35-7.25 am: 6 km run
7.35-8.30 am: Upper body strength (Gym)
8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, 1 kothali kela, curd, mixed seeds, 5 badam
9.45 am: Tea
1 pm: Rice, green moong dal, toru sabji, 1 mini slice cake
2.30 pm: Corn puff
3.45 pm: Black tea
5 pm: 2 boiled eggs+ 1 coconut cookie
9.30 pm: 2 phulka, matar paneer, 1 spoon baigan bharta, few spoons green moong dal+mango
16,600 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
