Got up late feeling extremely tired and lethargic. Skipped pre planned run and gym!
Day 105!
6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix
7 am: Tea
8.30 am: Vegetable Poha, carrot, orange
9.45 am: Beetroot, amla, carrot, tomato & ginger juice + 4 badam
11.45 am: Papaya
1.45 pm: 1 ragi roti, ghugni, cucumber
4.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs
7 pm: Upma + Moong dal mixture
9.15 pm: Dal, papad
A clean day in comparison, 2-2.5 litres of water and 10k steps!
