Day 107!

Got up with a plan to do a slow and steady long run! It was a beautiful cold morning and I thoroughly enjoyed my run. In fact, I felt strong and realized that I could have run couple of kilometers more! Planning to hit another 10 kms tomorrow morning before I start tapering for my 25 kms next Sunday!

Day 107!

6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix, 4 badam, 1 date

6.05-7.35 am: 12.19 km run

9 am: 1 gobi paratha + 1 bowl dahi

10 am: 1 scoop whey protein

11 am : Tea

12.30 pm: 2.5 thin methi paratha, aloo sabji + tea

2.30 pm: Beetrrot, amla, carrot, tomato and ginger juice

5 pm: Tea, millet namkeen, muri

8 pm: Rice & kali dal

20k steps, 2 litres of water and a happy self!

All set for the run tomorrow!
