Day 115!

While I assumed it would be a devastating Monday morning on waking up, honestly it was not that bad! I woke up at 6 am and went for my recovery run and it was quite pleasant. An hour's gym after that with mostly stretching and mobility to ease my tired muscles!

Day 115!

6.15 am: A glass of water

6.30-7 am: 3.5 km run

7.20-8.20 am: Gym (stretching and mobility)

8.45 am: A scoop of why isolate + 4 badam

9.30 am: Beetroot, amla, carrot juice

10.30 am: 2 Suji chilla + green chutney

11 am: Black tea + 1 cheese biscuit

1 pm: 2 roti, mixed veggies with soyabean, cucumber

2 pm: Tiny winy bite of birthday cake + 1 healthy nuts & chocolate English brittle

4.30 pm: Guava & sankh aloo

6 pm: Celebrated TSK with 1/2 bowl mushroom soup and pizza

7.30 pm: 1tiny paper cup lemon tea + 1 coffee (toooo cold)

9 pm: Gond laddoo!

11000 steps, 2.5 litres of water!
