Cold is at its peak and it was quite a brave effort to leave home at 5.45 for the ground training! Jacket was out once I started the run and it was solid 1 hour core training post the run! Hit the gym thereafter and was happy with the super solid 70 mins of leg day!
Day 123!
5.45 am: A glass of water
6-7 am: 2.5 km run + 1 hour of core training
7.30-8.40 am: Gym (legs)
8.45 am: A scoop of whey isolate
9.15 am: Poha + tea
11.45 am: A small gobi paratha
1.45 pm: Orange
2.45 pm: Phulka, chana dal, baigna bharta, dahi, lehsun chutney+ 2 toffees
5 pm: Tea + 2 suhali
8.30 pm: Shared chola bhatura & dosa with Varun & Bunny
10 pm: 2 slice bread with lehsun chutney+some bites of maggi+kulfi
13000 steps, 2 litres of water and late to bed! After all, it is the festive season!
