Day 103!

Got up as usual for the daily chores and then went ahead to attend the Admin's birthday after running just 0.5 km but made it up with 20 mins of on-ground training and a hour 20 minutes of workout at the gym! Enough to keep me happy!

Day 103!

6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 4 badam

6.40-7 am: 0.5 km run + On ground training

7 am: 2 idlis, sambar, chutney + Banana+ birthday cake

7.30-8.50 am: Gym

9 am: A scoop of whey isolate

9.45 am: Tea

11.30 am: Black coffee (I was snoozing off in the meeting!)

1 pm: 2 oatmeal cookies in between the meeting

2.15 pm: 2 oats roti, palak mooli sabji, lauki vadi sabji

4.15 pm: Black coffee

6 pm: 1 suji chilla

8 pm: Rice, green dal, gobi, papad

12k stpes, 2-2.5 litres of water and off to be by 9.30 pm!
