Got up very early at 4.15 am for a 10 km run at the Run Utsav event. Had a very disturbed sleep and was expecting my run to be affected badly but finished in good timing and was happy with my performance. Not my best but consistent!\
Day 121!
4.45 am: A glass of water + 2 dates
6-7 am: 10 km run
7.30 am: tea + 1 suhali
9 am: A scoop of why isolate, 2 aloo parathas, chutney+ tea
2.30 pm: Prasad at shrad (choley was my main protein there)
7 pm: Tea+ samosa+ fruit cake, chali
9.30 pm: 1/2 aloo sandwich, kulfi
Low on protein day, more on fats and carbs!
Slept guilty!
