Got up at 5.15 a, and after ages went to ground for a full blown training. I have to miss most part of it on week days due to the time clash with Bunny's school timings and Saturdays I am often late. However, this Saturday I made it on time and was happy about it!
Day 100!
5.30 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 date
5.50-6.50 am: 3.55 km run and Yoga
7.15 am: Tea
11.30 am: 2 idli, chutmey, tea
12.30 pm: Papaya
1.45 pm: Rice, dal, rajma, aloo bharta, onion
5.30 pm: Tea, biscuits, murukku
7.30 pm: 1/2 burger
Went off to sleep by 8 pm
