Day 111!
6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela
7.30 am: A bite of ragi cake
7.45-8.30: Gym (core)
8.45 am: A scoop of whey isolate
10 am: A paneer paratha + Tea
12.15 pm: Beetroot, amla, carrot, tomato, ginger, lauki juice
2.30 pm: Rice, rawa (mini rajma), dal, lauki sabji, papad, cucumber
5.45 pm: 1/2 cup tea, papaya, sankhaloo
8 pm: Sauted veggies with tempeh (15 gm protein in tempeh)
2 litres of water, 5,500 steps only and off to bed on time!
Also had a relaxing massage to ease my sore muscles!
