I had pre-decided to call it a 'Rest day' as I have been continuously working out for the last 2 weeks without a break! Slept longer and felt much better! While I never want to take rest, one needs to take rest each week for proper recovery!
Day 119!
9.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kola
10.15 am: 2 methi paratha, green chutney + tea
11 am: 1.5 Idlis+ chutney
1 pm: 2 muri & gur laddoo+ 2 sips tea
3.45 pm: 2 phulka, aloo methi, arhar dal, tempeh, carrots
5.45 pm: Tea
7.45 pm: Khitchdi, rajma, peanut chikki
Less active day, less steps, less water intake but overall a restful day!
Will sleep on time as need to get up well on time for ground training!
