Day 109!

Got up fresh but with legs hurting. Went for strength training on the ground after dropping Bunny and then hit the gym post that! A good morning workout!

Day 109!

6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela

6.30-7 am: On ground training

7.45 - 8.35 am: Gym 

8.45 am: A scoop of whey isolate + 4 badam

10 am: Upma + tea

12 noon: 1 methi paratha, aloo sabji & Beetroot, amla, carrot, tomato juice

3.15 pm: 4 sips of lemon soda

6.15 pm: Sauteed paneer

8.30 pm: Dal, Vegetable pulao, papad

Around 7000 steps, less than 2 litres of water!
